The best approach is to discuss who the organization is (pretend your audience has no idea), where/what/who did they attack, and with what (explosives, RDD, chemical agent, or biological agent). Also, please discuss the importance or significance of knowing this information: how relevant is the organization to Homeland Security? Are they similar to other organizations, and if so, how? Discuss how their attacks have impact whom they attacked.
