Schulman emphasizes the concept of NDI and explains that Paypal has restructured its compensation structure with this goal in mind to ensure the financial health of their employees.  Using the definitions of terms found in chapters 1, 2, and 3 of your text, support a position for or against this idea as an ethical response to a problem that was exacerbated by COVID-19.  (Be sure to use BOLD and underline for the terms you use from your text so they can be connected to a chapter we covered.)  **CHAPTERS 1, 2, & 3 ONLY**

Schulman refutes the idea that perhaps Paypal should consider becoming a B corporation which is focused on social outcomes. 

Explain what a B Corporation is.  (You may need to look this up in Google or elsewhere.)

Why does he believe that maintaining the standard corporation structure can meet the needs of employees, customers, and shareholders and that a B corporation is not a good fit for his goals?
