Cannabis medical student educational presentation

imagine that you have been asked to speak to a group of medical students about medical cannabis laws and regulations. Create a brief educational presentation for these students. You may use Powerpoint, or create a video, or use any other media/technology you wish. Include the following in your presentation:

Pick a state Virginia and  describe at least two ways in which the state and federal cannabis laws are in conflict. 
Describe how federal and state cannabis laws affect the medical provider’s role with regards to prescribing or recommending medical cannabis/CBD products
Include at least TWO appropriately cited references in your presentation. If you are not able to cite your references directly on in the presentation (for instance, if you are creating a video), please upload the references on a separate document.
