Covid exposure while working in healthcare

Write an essay proposing a solution to a problem affecting a community or group to which you belong. In your essay you will do the following:

analyze the problem and establish that it is serious enough to need solving
offer a solution that will remedy the problem or at least help solve it
layout the particulars by which your proposed solution would be put into effect.
address your proposal to one or more members of the group or to outsiders who could help solve the problem
be sure to take into account readers likely objections to your proposed solution as well as their preferred alternative solutions.
Your paper should contain the following elements:

a title that relates to your specific ideas
an introductory paragraph that describes the main ideas in your essay
a thesis statement that sums up your main point
body paragraphs discussing the problem, the solution, and the reasons in support of your solution including reliable researched sources to support both your problem and solutions
discussion of examples from your experiences and observations to show your points
a concluding paragraph that reflects upon your main point and leaves readers with a strong sense of your most important ideas from the essay
Source Requirement:

This paper must include at least four outside sources, all of which must be traditional print sources (books, newspapers, and magazines, journal articles). Make sure that at least one of these four sources is a scholarly journal article or well-researched magazine article.
The dictionary, encyclopedias, religious texts, and Wikipedia are not allowed as sources for this research paper, so do not use them.  All works cited sources must be used in the body of the paper to fulfill the research requirement.
All citations of outside information in summary, excerpt, paraphrase, or quotation must be documented properly in MLA format, both in text and on a Works Cited page.  Plagiarism will not be tolerated.  The research paper (papers 3 and 4) are weighted heavier than the first two, so a zero on the assignment would likely result in course failure.

This paper must be typed, MLA formatted and submitted to Turnitin on Canvas (this will happen automatically fyi)

Paper Outcome: Demonstrate your ability to write a developed, organized essay for an appropriate audience, using supportive, credible evidence.

Please look for problems you truly care about. These are big topics below that I want you to stay away from.

Avoid the death penalty, abortion, legalizing marijuana, or climate change essays.

Research Project “Presentation” and Visual Analysis
This is your chance to be creative! Locate a picture that you have taken (or drawn) either for this assignment or previous to it that acts as visual support for your thesis (dont just print one off the Internet). In a GoogleSlides or PowerPoint, create a short presentation for your research project. Your presentation needs to include the following:

1. your problem and proposed solutions

2. Your audience

3. one strong source that helped in writing your research and a brief 3-5 sentence explanation of why it was supportive.

4. Your visual and a brief explanation of how it helps to show your point/topic as well as making sure to point out specifics within the picture in your brief explanation i.e. objects, background, colors, etc.
