Prepare a review of the event (portfolio) strategy for AMAZON, providing recommendations for development.

This will help to demonstrate that you fully understand the organisation’s needs and current activities.
The resource should present the current event portfolio of the selected organisation which is Amazon and discuss its strengths and weaknesses. Your recommendations for its improvement should be based on the analysis of wider business environment and of the key stakeholders characteristics and objectives to show how your suggestions provide value for the main stakeholders.
