Examination of Incentive Plans

For this assignment, you will examine the impact of incentive plans.  Your response should include the following:

Discuss the nature of incentive plans and their benefits to employers and employees.
Consider the incentives that are offered in your organization or one that you have familiarity.  Discuss how the incentive plans are administered and comment on if you believe the plans are effective in motivating employees to meet or exceed organizational goals.
Make at least two recommendations to management from HR as to what can be done differently with incentive plans to increase employee motivation.
Your assignment should be in APA format and 3-5 pages in length not including cover and reference pages.  Include at least two (2) sources excluding your textbook.
