Team up with two other students to compare and contrast the talent management and recruiting strategies for each company where they are working or have worked in the past. Id encourage you to reach out to someone who you think will help you learn different perspectives or industry practices regarding talent management and recruiting. Conduct some research on each students background (using social media, Google, corporate homepages) so you can pick an appropriate student to partner with. Each student, individually, is to prepare a final paper (minimum 1,500 words) describing what he or she learned from the other students skills and experiences and which ones in particular they were able to incorporate into their current workplace regarding how they recruit talent.
