Read the article, “Reputation Warfare” by Leslie Gaines-Ross posted on SuCourse and look at those six tactics she lays out in it, and think about automobile, hotels and banks.
For each of these three sectors,
1) Which of these tactics work the best to manage and better defend your reputation in the world of social media, which tactic do you think is the most helpful or useful immediately to your business? And how might you apply it?
