Case Analysis Framework
A modification of the traditional rational or econologic decision-making model will be employed.
Be sure to differentiate allegations from facts.
Identify symptoms (manifestations of problems).
Research via theories, frameworks, and models the potential problems that likely caused the symptoms to appear.
Identify the problems and their locus (individual, group, organizational)
Prioritize the problems (based on importance/criticality).
For top priority problems, assess the efficacy of each solution to each problem.
Select the best solution(s) for each problem.
Develop an action plan for solution implementation.
Implement and seek feedback to see if the problems are solved.
