Recommendation Letter of Community Service

You need to write a recommendation letter for community service. It should mention as I am the Head of the organization committee (Need to show my leadership skills) and arranging community services in the Buddhist temple, especially in the summertime during the last 3 years. Chief Monk of the temple requested me to submit a daft recommendation letter. Therefore, you have to write that letter (Instead of Cheif Monk). Thank you.
