Self Selected Project Topic: Power Point Presentation

This week looks at the ways a leader can help change agents be more effective, from social mobility to structural motivation.
Understand the structural motivations needed for change.
Identify the social mobility actions that agents need to implement change.
Distinguish between effective and ineffective motivations for employees

The 17 slide Power Point presentation will consider the different leadership strategies that will be essential in facilitating changes in the organization.  The presentation will focus on three key areas as the basis for the need for change in the organizations Technology, Innovation and Communication. Please be specific.

The presentation will evaluate the different approaches that can be used towards establishing these changes and also evaluating how these changes will impact the performance of the given organization. The aim of the presentation will be to highlight the changes, reasons for these changes and the impact of the changes on the institution.
