may include articles from the mainstream press, which include a wide
range of opinions on the topic, but be cognizant of that fact that the
media is not always based on factual information. At least one of your
sources should be a peer-reviewed academic or research article.
This essay should synthesize the information from all of your sources and
should demonstrate/answer the following:

2. What are strategies that could address the perceived issue(s) based on
your research?

5. What challenges do epidemiologists face in studying social determinants of
health?
I will be graded on how well I answer the questions 1-5 above, and expand on them when appropriate.
I will also be graded on readability (grammar, spelling, syntax) and overall
