The purpose of this assignment is for you to develop awareness of your own stress and coping habits. You will use this stress log (RTF file format) to track your stress for at least 12 days. At the end of the module, review your results and write 4-5 page paper relating them to course material.
Your paper should include all of the following elements.
Identify and discuss your main triggers to stress
Identify your primary symptoms- are they physical, emotional, cognitive, other?
Identify your primary means of coping- do they tend to be problem-focused or emotion-focused? How effective are they?
Discuss your reactions to all of the above. What did you learn about yourself, the stress in your life, and your response to it?

In what area of your life would you like to reduce stress? (Try to focus on one area for now.)
What types of changes will you commit to in order to improve in this area?
