The legality of operation neptune spear

You will turn in a persuasive essay on the legality of Operation Geronimo/Neptune’s Spear. In the persuasive essay, you will discuss why you believe the operation was legal or illegal, and why. The persuasive essay will be in APA format, it will be three to five pages in length, it will contain two or more in-text citations, and will have at least three sources. The paper cannot contain more than 20% material that is directly quoted from a source. Keep in mind that an APA format requires a title page, and a works cited page. (I would like the essay to explain why it was legal)
