US History (From 1950s to early 21st century)

Prompt: Looking at the period from the 1950s to the early 21st century, how has U.S. foreign policies(e.g., wars, interventions, etc.) and trade policies contributed to both deepening inequality and the concentration of wealth in the United States?

We have two books that you have to use as a reference for this essay. I will attach them for sure. And please cite at least 4-5 sources from the book Voice of Freedom. And do also cite things from Give Me Liberty!. For both of them, please look closer from chapter 23 to chapter 27 for references. MLA format is required. Out of book sources are also fine but not required.
