Violations of the First Amendment

This is what I told my professor about my paper:
The topic I am choosing for my paper is Free Speech, but more specifically
violations of free speech.The points I plan to bring up in my paper are: how public
schools practices and punishments conflict with the first amendment, employee
mistreatment and wrongful termination, police violence towards protestors. My counterargument will talk about how the guilty parties justify
their actions against the amendment; talking about questions when it comes to age and
position.
